Store Policies (Shipping, Return and Exchanges)

Shipping

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2 business days after purchase.
Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international)

Returns and Refunds

All items in this store are printed on demand and made to order. We will process refunds in the event that items are damaged, misplaced or have other problems in quality. All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. For all inquiries, please contact store@bradymail.org. To initiate a refund, please email store@bradymail.org with a photo of the problem in question and the order number. All items should be mailed to 1300 Rosa Parks Blvd, Detroit, MI 48216


Once your returned is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. You will subsequently receive a notification of approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within twelve business days. If you have not received your refund within that time period, please contact us as store@bradymail.org.


We will replace any damaged or misprinted items free of charge, upon request and with photographic evidence.


Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
